Incentive Program

Guidelines and Rules for Dealer 
 

  1. The program targets and incentive tiers are specific to each individual dealer based on their 2017 revenue forecast.
     
  2. The program is valid on any order received and shipped in 2017.  All qualifying orders must be received by Worden by November 10, 2017 with a specified ship date no later than December 15, 2017.
     
  3. All orders are subject to standard Worden lead-times.
     
  4. No bundling of orders between dealers.
     
  5. No returns on any qualifying orders.
     
  6. To qualify, dealer must achieve their forecast on Worden products.  Any amount over your forecast to qualify for the incentive can be any combination of Worden or Snap!Office products.
     
  7. Incentive payments will be made to the dealer following the annual audit of Worden’s 2017 results and no later than April 27.
     
  8. All issues of force majeure will be determined at the sole discretion of Worden.
     
  9. Dealer must be current on their Worden account to receive the incentive check.
